How it works

  1. Tell us your system Brand/model (or a quick photo under the sink is fine).
  2. We confirm the right cartridge We’ll match compatibility and availability.
  3. Service your way On-site replacement, click & collect, or courier delivery.
  4. We add you to reminders Typical under-bench cartridges are replaced every ~12 months; we’ll remind you when you’re due.

  • It’s been around 12 months since the last change (typical guidance).

Your options

  • On-site service — We book a time that suits and replace the cartridge for you.
  • Click & collect — Pick up in-store at 239 Dee Street, Avenal, Invercargill 9810.
  • Courier delivery — We’ll ship the correct cartridge with simple DIY instructions.

I don’t know my filter brand/model—can you still help?

Yes. A quick photo (under the bench or at the fridge connection) is usually enough.

Can I replace the cartridge myself?

Yes—many customers DIY. If you’d prefer, our team can visit and do it for you.

Do you remind me when it’s due next time?

Yes—our database tracks your replacement schedule and we’ll prompt you before it’s due.

Do you dispose of the old cartridge?

If we service on-site, we’ll take care of it. For DIY, please check local guidelines.
